F.A.Q.

  • Where is the store based?

    In Copenhagen, Denmark.
  • Do you accept orders placed around the world?

    Yes! I accept orders from anywhere I can ship to from Denmark. 
  • How much does shipping cost?

    Depending on what you order, I have the following options available:

    - Prints
    All prints have a flatrate on 90 DKK as they are produced via Baggaardsprint whom I have partnered with. All prints are made-by-order and therefore shipping happens once every 2 weeks.
    - Original Art
    250 DKK (about 35 dollars) - For orders containing watercolor paintings or drawings. This includes tracking and partial insurance, in case of damage. See below for further explanation

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All prints are made to order via Baggaardsprint and will therefore be made and processed every 2 weeks, since it is moreenvironment friendly :) If you order originals, I process my orders every week-end and send them the Monday after. Once shipped, orders should take this amount of time to get to you : Within Scandinavia: 3 to 5 business days. Europe : 4 to 6 business days International : 5 to 10 days (Please note this is an approximation, and shipping speed can vary depending on local post office/ customs as well.)

  • How do I pay for my order/ Do you accept credit/debit/paypal?

    As I use Squarespace as my template site, you can pay with both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Squarespace has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    If you changed your mind on an original, I can accept it back within 30 days, but please reach out via my contact page so we can discuss how and why. 
    I will refund the cost, except shipping. I will refund you after I receive the item(s) back in its original condition. 
    Please make sure you pack your returns as safely as possible - send me photos of this, so that we both have documentation, in case we need to contact insurance.
    
    I don't do returns on prints, but contact me if they have arrived damaged and we will figure out a solution, as I have to reach out to my partner about this issue.
  • Damage/ What if something is wrong with my order: 
    I always, ALWAYS check my items personally before sending them out, and both I and Baggaardsprint send all originals and prints in strong and sturdy tubes. That said, if you're unlucky and things got damaged during shipping, see the return policy above.   If you have received damaged original artpieces, PLEASE keep any damaged packaging, as it may be used as evidence for insurance purposes.  Take pictures of any damage on the item, as well as the packaging before you unwrap it and forward it to me when you get in touch. If your item is an ORIGINAL painting, please take pictures of the package delivery sticker as well, as I send all originals with insurance and that I need the documentation to be able to get partial moneyrefund for us both.

  • Why haven't I received my items yet?

    You will be notified when your order is shipped, but if you find it is taking an unusual amount of time to get to you, let me know and we can try and find out together. 
    Please do not get in touch before at least 1 MONTH though, as the occasional order can take a little longer.
    Please bear in mind that both I and Baggaardsprint work on orders once every 1-2 weeks which can affect when the order is finished and sent.
    Also be aware that if you provided me with an incorrect address, spelled it wrong or moved without notifying me and your package gets returned to sender, I will have to charge you again for shipping it to the correct location.
  • Tracking/Loss of order :

    All originals are sent with tracking . but for prints we've had to go without for now.
    PLEASE NOTE : For some reason, my postal service doesn't offer a tracked option for some specific countries/locations, such as Dubai and Mexico. They do offer a "Signed" service, which is the next best thing, and available at the same price as tracking, so that is what I offer as a "tracked" option for those places.
    In the very unfortunate event that an order might get lost in transit, please understand that I have no control over the post office, and that once the order is out for delivery, it is out of my hands. Leave about a month before letting me know that your order hasn't arrived, as some sometimes take longer than expected.  Please bear in mind that I am loosing more out of this than anyone, so please don't have a go at me for something I have no control over, and understand that I am always doing my best to keep you happy! 

  • If your order comes back to me unclaimed :

    If your order happens to be sent back to me, because it was either never claimed at the post office on arrival, or the address I was given was wrong (I copy paste the address on your package from the address you write at check out, to minimize the risk of errors, so always double check that your address is correct) I am afraid you will need to pay shipping again for me to send it back to you.I will also have to include an extra $2 charge, as orders get sent to my PO Box, for which I am charged every time I receive an item.

  • Can I reserve a piece before it goes on the store, or if I can't pay for it right away?
    Sorry, no, I am an independent artist and survive on my sales and clientwork. Come first, first serve.
